Payment Terms:

 Agreement requires pre-payment at the beginning of each maintenance year before services will be scheduled. The first payment is due with signed agreement. Ensuing years will be billed based o the above Invoice Schedule. A separate email with an invoice & payment detail will be sent to the above email address once this agreement is accepted. Mid Atlantic Generators LLC accepts the following payment options: Credit Card, ACH, or Check. Please note an additional fee may apply for Credit Card or ACH payment. Checks can be made payable to: Mid Atlantic Generators LLC – PO Box 2140 Boothwyn PA 19061. PMA cannot be performed on a non-working or non-operational generator. The generator must be functional for accurate assessment and safe execution.

Preventative Maintenance Agreements Terms & Conditions

1. This agreement is for the purposes of keeping the equipment listed in good and reliable conditions

2. This is not a guarantee

3. This agreement assumes that the listed equipment is in good and operational condition when agreement was signed

4. Equipment not in operational condition must be repaired and made operational before this agreement goes into effect.

5. To ensure your generator remains operational and minimize inconvenience, we prioritize completing necessary repairs during your Primary or Basic Maintenance visits. 

o This includes and is not limited to: Battery changes

o These essential repairs & battery changes will be invoiced separately and are NOT included in the scope of this Agreement.

o By prioritizing essential repairs & battery changes while on-site during your prescheduled maintenance visits we are able to avoid possible generator downtime & additional fees associated with a service call.

6. Our technicians will make every eort to contact you before any repairs are made. However, by signing this agreement, you authorize them to complete essential repairs & battery replacements to maintain your generator’s functionality.

7. For repairs that exceed 2 hours of additional labor or require additional parts, a separate service call and prior approval from the authorized signer will be required. A quote will be sent out with the additional cost

8. Generators not installed by Mid Atlantic Generators, previously Advanced Power Generation, must meet all code requirements.

9. Basic Maintenance Inspections include:

o A check-in with site contract to answer any questions or concerns they might have about the equipment

o A 15 Point Inspection of all generator components to ensure they are in operational conditions

• See attached list for our 15 Point Inspection Check List
• An inspection of entire fuel system *DIESEL GENERATORS ONLY*

o A door tag with proper generator care instructions & verification of visit

o A written field service report stating all services performed and a description of any problems found

oAny additional problems will be discussed with Site Contact for best course of action

10. Primary Maintenance includes: o Everything listed under Basic Maintenance Inspections, as well as:

• Oil Change
• Oil Filter Change
• Lubrication of generator(s) bearing, fan shaft, & governing linkage
• Check & Adjust Timing, as necessary - Excludes diesel units
• Fuel Filter (s) Change, if applicable
• Spark Plugs, if applicable

11. This agreement DOES NOT cover the following:

o Engine tune up

o Any service work that is needed to keep equipment in good and operational condition.

o This includes and is not limited to:

• Battery
• Battery Cables
• Battery Chargers
• Coolant
• Valve Adjustments
• Engine Repairs
• Starters
• Air Filters
• Electrical Components
• Voltage regulators
• Transfer Switch

12. After hours service calls are billable, overtime rates apply.

13. Business hours are M-F 8:00 to 5:00.

14. All service calls outside the Basic & Primary maintenance standards are portal to portal from Glen Mills, PA.
